At Dossier EU, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ensure a risk-free experience by allowing you to test your fragrance before committing to the full bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your return journey is seamless and trackable.

• 3.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Securely place the perfume bottle in its original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
